When my fiancé asked me if I would like to marry him on the day of my 40th birthday, I thought it was a wonderful and original idea.

However, my birthday this year was on Saturday, the 16th of September, apparently the most popular day of the year for weddings. Since we had only a couple of months to plan the wedding, we found that it was almost impossible to find a nice location and an available officiant.

We were disappointed, sad and desperate. I had already accepted the fact that it was impossible and we would not get married at all.

But Marek didn’t want to just leave it, so he found Lucie. She was seriously our last hope. We were planning a wedding for only 6 guests so we didn’t think we would be desirable for any wedding agency. Luckily, she responded imediately, suggested the options straight away and we agreed on the cooperation super fast.

Not only did she find this amazing venue (Savoia castle in Skvorec) but also an amazing officiant.

Our wedding day was the most beautiful day we could think of. We decided to put everything and all decisions in Lucie’s hands. We didn’t know what flowers / colours / wedding cake / sweets or prints there will be. We let her choose the florist, cake maker, photographer and make-up artist for us. We couldn’t have made a better decision than leave it all up to her.

Also, my husband prepared a suprise for me – together with Lucie they arranged a string quartet and piano player I had no idea about.

So in the end, we could enjoy our day as if it was some kind of an event. We didn’t have to worry about anything. There wasn’t any misunderstandings, stress or problems at all. At each of our meetings we only increased the number of guests which for Lucie meant changing all the little details again and again. How amazing that she was never mad! She was always super helpful, supportive, smiling and in a good mood.

We saw everything for the first time on the wedding day. All of the colours, flowers, little details- everything was so beautiful and prepared. We could never ever have been able to come up with of all of this! She understood our style and what we like, even if we never told her! Only because of her our wedding was so stylish and elegant; it took our breath away. Our guests were thrilled with every single detail and the overall coordination of the day.

We will always have our day in our memories thanks to Lucie and her team.

Thank you again and we will be thanking you again and again in the future. We already planned our 10th year anniversary with you, remember?
