Privacy Policy of Lucie Holá Wedding Agency
We want you to be fully informed about how we handle your personal data. We have therefore prepared this Privacy Policy in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data (hereinafter referred to as the “GDPR”).
This Privacy Policy explains:
- What information we collect about you and why.
- How we use this information.
- What rights you have regarding the personal information we process and how you can exercise those rights.
Information We Collect About You
If you are an individual, you provide us with personal data necessary for the provision of our services and the conclusion of a contract.
This may include your first and last name, contact details (email address and telephone number), date of birth, address and, where applicable, bank account details.
Without this personal information, we may be unable to provide the services you request.
How We Use Your Information
We use the personal data you provide to deliver the services you expect and to fulfil our obligations under the contract concluded with you.
We process your personal data throughout the duration of our contractual relationship.
After the contract ends, we must retain certain personal data for a further four years due to potential objections, claims or disputes. This period reflects the general limitation period, extended to account for the time it may take for either party to be notified of legal proceedings.
During these four years, we retain only the personal information necessary to establish, exercise or defend legal claims.
After this period, your personal information will be permanently deleted from our databases unless you use our services again or further retention is required by applicable law.
Your Rights and How to Exercise Them

You may contact us at any time by emailing luciehola.cz@gmail.com to request confirmation of whether we process your personal data.
If we process your personal data, you may request additional information beyond that provided in this Privacy Policy, including information about any third parties to whom your personal data has been or will be disclosed.
If we obtained your personal data from a source other than you, you have the right to receive all available information about its origin.

If you wish to provide additional personal information that you have not previously supplied and that is necessary for the provision of our services, you may complete the relevant fields again.
Right to Object to the Processing of Personal Data
If we process your personal data on the basis of our legitimate interests, you have the right to object to such processing by emailing luciehola.cz@gmail.com.
If you submit an objection, we may continue processing your personal data only if we demonstrate compelling legitimate grounds that override your interests, rights and freedoms, or if the processing is necessary for the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims.
If we process your personal data for direct marketing purposes, such as sending promotional communications, you may object at any time by contacting us at the email address above.
Once you object, we will no longer process your personal data for direct marketing purposes.

b) If the processing of your personal data is unlawful and you request restriction of its use instead of deletion by emailing luciehola.cz@gmail.com.
c) If we no longer need your personal data to provide our services, but you require it for the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims.
d) If you have objected to processing, pending verification of whether our legitimate grounds override your interests, rights and freedoms.
Right to Be Forgotten (Right to Erasure)
You have the right to request the deletion of your personal data if:
a) The personal data is no longer necessary for the purposes for which it was collected.
b) You withdraw your consent to processing and there is no other legal basis for continuing to process the data. This applies where processing is based on your consent.
c) You object to processing and we cannot demonstrate legitimate grounds that override your interests, rights and freedoms or the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims.
d) Your personal data has been processed unlawfully.
If any of these circumstances apply, you may request the deletion of your personal data by emailing luciehola.cz@gmail.com.
We will delete the relevant personal data without undue delay, unless its continued processing is necessary:
- To exercise the right to freedom of expression and information.
- To comply with a legal obligation.
- To perform a task carried out in the public interest.
- To establish, exercise or defend legal claims.
Right to Data Portability
You may request a copy of the personal data we process about you by emailing luciehola.cz@gmail.com.
Where applicable, we will provide your personal data in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format, such as a suitable electronic or spreadsheet format.
You may also request that we transfer your personal data directly to another data controller, where technically feasible and where the conditions for data portability are met.
