Lucie Holá plans and coordinates weddings in and around Prague – in chateaux, villas, palaces and gardens. Many couples plan from abroad, and the weddings are often bilingual (Czech, English, French). Here are some of them, in the couples’ own words.

If we could give Lucie more than five stars, we absolutely would.
Lucie helped us plan our dream wedding for 200 guests at Zámek Bon Repos - a Czech-Vietnamese international wedding with family and friends traveling from all over the world. It was a complex celebration with countless moving parts, and looking back, we honestly cannot imagine doing it with anyone else.
From our very first conversation, what stood out about Lucie wasn’t just her experience, it was her warmth, empathy, and genuine interest in us as people. On her website and social media, she talks about caring about each couple’s story, and as someone who has spent my career in storytelling, that really resonated with me. Throughout the entire year of planning, she proved that those weren’t just words. We never felt like “just another wedding.” We always felt like she truly cared about bringing our vision to life.
Lucie was with us every step of the way. She joined all the venue visits, vendor meetings, countless calls, and patiently guided us through every decision. Thanks to her experience and fantastic relationships with suppliers, she helped us find incredible vendors and navigate the whole process with confidence.
One moment perfectly sums up who she is. A few months before the wedding, we randomly bumped into her while out cycling. Instead of making small talk, she told us she’d been lying awake thinking about which colour napkins would look best at our wedding. It made us laugh, but it also showed just how deeply she cared. She genuinely thinks about every detail as if it were her own wedding.
Then, four days before our wedding, everything changed.
The forecast suddenly jumped from a pleasant 27°C to nearly 40°C. Instead of panicking, Lucie immediately went into action. She coordinated every vendor, redesigned the layout, organised dozens of extra fans, sourced air conditioning, and completely reworked the day’s logistics so our guests would stay as comfortable as possible. There must’ve been countless stressful conversations happening behind the scenes, but every time she spoke to us, she was calm, reassuring, and completely in control.
On the wedding day itself, she was simply incredible. Our wedding was a huge production: a live gospel choir, lion dance, fireworks, flash mob, live band, DJ, matcha bar, bilingual ceremony & speeches, 200 guests, and countless moving pieces. Somehow, Lucie orchestrated everything so seamlessly that we were able to do the one thing every couple hopes for - completely relax and enjoy our wedding.
The biggest compliment came from our guests. Throughout the day, people kept coming up to us saying, “Your wedding planner is amazing.” Everyone always knew where to go, what was happening next, and felt genuinely looked after.

As a guy who wanted a nice, simple, chill wedding, I can honestly say that what Lucie delivered exceeded every expectation I had. Even though I knew the timeline inside and out, I was completely blown away by every single detail on the day. I spent the entire night telling our guests, "I can't believe this is actually my wedding." 🤩😍😭🔥
Planning a bilingual, multi-generational wedding is a massive challenge. I’ve been to Vietnamese/English weddings before where the language and cultural balance felt off, but Lucie managed to execute ours spectacularly. Both generations were fully engaged, and our parents are still raving about how happy they were with everything. ❤️❤️💃🕺
But the biggest thing that stayed with me was something Lucie told us: “On the wedding day, I want you to enjoy yourself and leave everything to me.” She originally gave us this answer when we were first interviewing wedding planners, and then repeated it to us three weeks before the big day. If you are deciding right now whether to have your wedding planned with the help of a wedding planner, reading reviews, and you have stopped at Lucie, look no further. Lucie combines huge professionalism and an eye for detail with so much humanity and kindness that you will feel as if you have known each other forever. She has a gift for understanding what her clients need, and thanks to her many years of experience she also thinks of all the things you would never think of yourself. The goal of the wedding preparations is to connect with the personalities of the bride and groom, understand their needs and wishes, help where they hesitate, bring everything to perfection and make sure you go through it all with ease and excitement. Our wedding had to be planned in 3 months, and we had specific wishes for the atmosphere, intimacy, flowers and other more demanding decorations at the ceremony. Lucie handled all of it brilliantly and listened to us the whole time. Her knowledge of the very best suppliers, the way she coordinated them and worked with the guests and the venue team, led to a breathtaking result, moved and happy guests and beautiful memories for the rest of our lives. Dear Lucie,
We hope you’ve had a lovely long rest and spoilt yourself a little, because you really deserve it. Now that we’ve caught our breath, we wanted to tell you just how grateful we are.
The weekend was a dream come true.
Friday at Červený Jelen was the perfect start. Everyone loved the brewery and they still haven’t stopped talking about the food. Tereza was a gem, so kind and organised, so please pass on our thanks to her.
Saturday morning was wonderful. We never needed a thing, and everything flowed so smoothly. The coffee station was a real hit, and Joe was in his element! Thank you for taking our slightly bonkers vision and turning it into a memory we’ll treasure.
Your last minute move to bring the ceremony inside was perfect, and the touches you added made it feel even more special. The špalír was so much fun, and you made it all look effortless.
Everything always looked beautiful. The flowers were stunning all day, and the little mushrooms and hops additions were just perfect.
It’s no wonder your suppliers adore you. You looked after everyone so kindly and sensitively all day. Everyone you recommended was fantastic, and we’re so glad we trusted your instincts. That cake... and DJ Sergio... we’re still lost for words.
Thank you so much for collecting instruments for our friends at the very last minute. That was one of our favourite moments of the day, and it only happened because you understood how much that would mean to us and made it possible.
Then you completely transformed the patio for the evening... WOW! It felt like a different space altogether, and it was better than anything we could have imagined. I tear up thinking about how you spent your down time editing a video to show us on the projector - you're truly so thoughtful.
Every time we caught your eye, you were smiling back at us, and that meant the world. We now know how much you were juggling behind the scenes and how little sleep you had, but you never let it show. Our guests keep telling us how wonderful you were, from rescuing dresses to tracking down lost handbags, and we couldn't agree more.
I’m crying writing this (typical!), because I'm relieving the weekend in my mind and struggling to find the words to express how grateful we are. Our wedding was better than we ever imagined, and that’s down to you. Sorry again for any changes we made during planning and for the occasions where we forgot certain plans. This year has been a lot for us in many ways, but you gave us something wonderful to look forward to, and we always knew we were in safe hands.
We’re going to miss our chats and seeing you again, but always know that we will never forget you and everything you have done for us.

Wow! We will start by saying Lucie is an exceptional wedding planner and we count ourselves extremely lucky to have chosen her at the outset of our journey! We could not have found anyone better and could not recommend her more highly.
Lucie delivered the wedding of our dreams at Bon Repos in Czech in July 2023. The event was absolutely beautiful - the flowers, tent, furniture, everything stunning - incredible food and entertainment, with logistics that were so meticulously planned so that everything went off without a hitch. We were completely thrilled with how it all went and our guests were blown away! We had around 80-90 guests and many told us it was the best wedding they had ever been too. Lucie even managed to deliver the perfect weather!
We are a British/Czech couple and we were engaged the week before Covid lockdowns in the UK. We started planning for a July 2022 wedding thinking travel would have returned to normal by then, only to postpone by a year when my wife became pregnant with our twins. So in the end our wedding was three years in the making! Lucie was amazing throughout this and handled the postponement extremely well. She is always so nice and easy to deal with but we really appreciated her kindness and understanding at this moment. Her strong relationships with the venue and suppliers really helped minimise the impact and she handled everything for us.
Overall Lucie really took as much stress and decisions off us as possible throughout the whole process. She listens to what you want and then shares her recommendations for the best suppliers to choose from, arranges tastings, bookings and all planning related to the day. She was there throughout the wedding weekend to run everything and let us enjoy ourselves. She is very hard working, totally in control of everything and very flexible. She was always in a great mood and had such a friendly and professional approach.

We want to say a big THANK YOU for making our dream wedding come true! We were thoroughly impressed with Lucie's suppliers - all of them are of incredibly high quality and experts in their field, and also lovely people! The music, officiant, hair & makeup, cake, flowers, photos, prints, etc were all fantastic and we couldn't have asked for better! We got married at Chateau Mcely which is approx. 1 hour outside of Prague. The venue was a fairytale and Mcely did a fantastic job during the weekend. Everyone commented on the exceptional level of service of staff and the food and beverages - some guests commented that the duck was the best they ever had in their lives! There were many compliments for the Czech bubbles and wines as well! And of course we were all blown away by the beauty of Chateau Mcely, both inside the chateau as well as outside on the perfectly groomed grounds.
Our fairytale wedding would not have been possible without Lucie! She brought everything together in perfect harmony and created the best wedding day that we have ever experienced! We couldn't find fault in anything - everything was carried out exactly how we wanted it with excellent attention to detail . Our guests also said it was the best wedding they ever attended. Lucie, you really have a gift! Thank you so much for everything you have done for us - you have given us a day that will be dear in our hearts and memories for the rest of our lives ❤ And also a big thanks to Jana for her amazing support on the day and smooth coordination in the run up to the wedding - she really went above and beyond to care for us and our guests, even jumping in behind the bar to help with drinks.

We were super happy with Lucie’s services. From the first call with her, we knew we made the right choice. Lucie is easy to talk to, she is nice and personable while at the same time incredibly professional, efficient and straightforward. Lucie did an amazing job planning our wedding - she is very organised, very communicative and made us feel at ease throughout the whole process. We bought over a lot of guests from London to Prague (plus had additional local Czech guests) for our weekend wedding and the whole thing went really smoothly. Lucie recommended great suppliers, within our budget and requirements and who were all individually excellent and on the weekend, she took care of everything so we could relax and enjoy the weekend with our guests. She co-ordinated all of the suppliers and made sure everything was running smoothly. She really went above and even when she was feeling a little ill on our wedding weekend, she called me and said "don't worry, I've got this, I will sort everything and you don't need to worry" and I wasn't worried at all as I knew she would do a great job and that's exactly what she did.
She was very quick to respond to all our emails and queries and guided us through everything. She even helped us to book and implement some last minute accommodation changes 2 weeks before the wedding when I wanted to reorganise something (!) and when it was due to rain during our ceremony, she had it all planned - she had pre-bought covers for the chairs and was watching the weather forecast with great detail so we simply pushed back the ceremony by 30 minutes and it wasn't a big deal. She had thought of everything.
Lucie really has your back and will go above and beyond to make your wedding amazing. She is very easy to deal with and re-assuring and always has everything under control so you can fully depend on her. We would not have been able to plan our amazing wedding without her and Jana, her colleague and I cannot recommend planning your wedding with Lucie enough if you are looking for a wedding planner in the Czech Republic. She has years of experience, great connections, a friendly, reassuring and easy to deal with personality and she puts you at ease. She will always be on your side and help guide you through the process.
We would 10000% recommend Lucie and are so grateful to her for everything. If you are lucky enough to have her plan your wedding, you can rest assured worry free that it will be in the best hands as Lucie is the BEST!

When we started to plan the wedding and chose Prague as the location, Lucie was recommended to us by our friends, who used her services in the past. From the first time we met, she was very friendly, always with a big smile, positive and with a can-do approach to all ideas we came up with. We could not have been happier with Lucie Hola as our wedding planner. During the whole planning process and the wedding, we have known Lucie to be extremely professional, very kind, understanding, supportive, flexible, and a delight to work with. At all times, she knew exactly what she was doing and had everything under control so there was nothing for us to worry about. We were extremely happy with all the suppliers she recommended us (such as florist, photographer, band, magician, cake maker and so on), which all did a wonderful job making our wedding amazing. Our wedding took place at two different locations (ceremony and the reception) which required transportation of approximately 100 guests. Initially we were worried about this, but Lucie as in everything, excelled in this as well and the transportation went very smoothly. We can attest that Lucie has a phenomenal eye for details, which we were not able to always see during the wedding itself which goes very fast for the newlyweds, but all these details were very clearly visible in all the pictures. The overall wedding design and colour coordination was stunning. We very highly recommend Lucie and are very grateful for all her hard work and dedication she put into our unforgettable wedding.

It’s been some weeks since we got married and there isn’t a day that goes by that we don't think of our wedding; it was the most amazing weekend that we experienced and we know that a big portion of the numerous magical moments were thanks to Lucie’s and Jana's support.
We live in Germany and since Nicole is Czech we decided to celebrate our wedding in her home country. We had Skype calls with several wedding planning agencies which surely were good. However, Lucie Holá stood out immediately. From the first moment we felt that she was the wedding fairy we were looking for. And we were proven right. Lucie’s organized, structured and very professional way of working made the wedding preparations very easy and pleasant for us and we could enjoy the pre-wedding time to the fullest. There wasn’t a moment that was stressful nor annoying, in the entire process.
In the beginning we described how we could imagine our wedding and based on this, Lucie prepared a moodboard; a framework of our idea that she filled with her suggestions and expertise. And the combinations of colors, decoration, program etc. was exactly what we had in mind :)
In retrospect we can tell that this is one of Lucie’s strengths; she listened carefully and payed attention to every detail. And even more, she was always several steps ahead i.e. no matter which points we raised, she had thought it through before.
We had our wedding at the beautiful Farma Michael nearby Prague. The ceremony was planned in the garden and two hours before it started to rain; one would think that this is the nightmare of every wedding couple. However, Lucie managed the situation well and it was a comforting feeling to know that there was someone who handled this challenge in the most professional way. (By the way, we were very lucky because it stopped raining at the key moment :) )
All in all we had the most beautiful wedding weekend we could dream of and most important; we could enjoy every single moment (without thinking of the agenda, logistics, service etc.) If there was anything, Lucie and Jana took care and accompanied us and our guests through the wedding weekend in the best possible way.
So once again, THANK YOU SO MUCH for making our wedding simply perfect.

When I was looking for a wedding planner in the Czech Republic, I had no idea what I was getting into. I knew that planning a wedding across the ocean would not be easy at all, so I turned to Google and to recommendations from friends in Prague. I actually came across Lucie by pure chance, when I had almost signed a contract with another agency. Her website caught my attention straight away, so I emailed her and the very next day we talked on Skype. We spoke for over two hours and I was thrilled. Already on our first call Lucie had great ideas and advice. I never doubted their organisational skills. The venue for the wedding and the party was clear. Lucie completely understood my vision, and together with her colleague Jana suggested the best suppliers we could have wished for and planned the most beautiful wedding for us! I know the planning was not always easy, also because of the demanding location and mostly international guests, and that the girls put a lot of time and hours of work into our wedding. Even though the weather was not ideal and our June weekend was the coldest of the whole summer, from my point of view everything turned out perfectly :). I would not change a thing! The wedding was brilliantly organised, everyone had a great time and we still hear nothing but praise from our guests. Luci and Jani, thank you so, so much once again! It has been more than three months, and if I could plan the wedding again, I would not hesitate and would do it with you again!
Jordan & Brenton – Hluboká nad Vltavou and Mitrowicz Chateau
Let me start by saying, Lucie and her business is one in a million. Lucie and Jana planned our 4 day wedding in South Bohemia for us, whilst we live in Australia. We brought 50 guests (adults, teenagers and babies) with us to Prague and transported everyone to South Bohemia for our 4 day event. Nothing was ever too hard or difficult for Lucie and her team, we were treated like royalty over the 4 days she was personally with us. Over the course of planning our wedding, we were given expert advice around what needed to be done (from budgets, to locations, venues, suppliers, what to expect etc). I never felt in the dark about anything even though we were so far away. Lucie knew my vision and we clicked, everything was better than I ever imagined it could be. To this date we still get comments from guests about how spectacular our wedding was, and how helpful Lucie was over the 4 days with questions and keeping everyone informed. The events were planned to the smallest detail; many dietary requirements, beautiful welcome bags in the hotel for the guests, even sewing my wedding dress back in place when the groom decided to step on my train!). Literally couldn’t fault her, I now consider her and Jana great friends. I couldn’t have done this without them. Do not hesitate to engage Lucie and her services, you will enjoy the process and enjoy your day fully without worrying about a thing.
Lucie managed our wedding whilst we live in Australia. We were recommended her after first liaising with a planner who was not up to our standards. Lucie managed a four day wedding in a private chateau for us and it was absolutely amazing. Jana her assistant was also terrific. We have become very good friends with her over the process as well and if we could do the entire thing over again we would. If 10 stars was an option Lucie would get 10 stars. When we decided to get married, we had one clear idea: a stylish wedding where everyone has a great time, the design is spot on and the food is remembered for a long time. One that is beautiful, meaningful and, above all, one that would not drive me crazy while planning :). Thanks to Lucie, it was exactly like that, and actually much better than I could ever have imagined. She knows the current trends, but she really listens to who you are and what you want from your wedding, brings it all together and takes it to a much higher level. (I would never have put a wedding like this together myself, also because we had 18 different suppliers and it lasted 3 days.)
She always suggested different options and we always decided whether to go for it. You could feel that she understood exactly what mattered to us. She guided us, but never pushed us.
Our wedding was international, so we knew we needed someone with really excellent English, and we ran all the preparations in English because my (now) husband does not speak Czech. She then hosted the wedding perfectly in Czech and English and also communicated with our French guests (she even prepared translations of the speeches in everyone's language for the ceremony and the reception)!
Thanks to Lucie we enjoyed not only our big day, but the preparations too. When we disagreed on something, she always supported us and helped us decide so that everyone was happy. I was very involved in the preparations, which is exactly what I wanted, and we were in close contact. Her know-how is huge: she knew exactly which companies on the market work well, who is who, where things work and where they don't, what to watch out for, and she was always open and honest with us.
Luci, thank you for creating this story with us. It would not have been the same without you. It's just a shame we can't do it all again 🙂

I am one of the those people who like to research all the options before making a decision and; therefore, prior to signing with Lucie I have contacted almost every major wedding planning agency in the Czech Republic. The communication with Lucie was totally different from a get-go. Friendly yet professional. Also, where other agencies saw a problem (a Czech guy marrying an international girl with two nationalities and both of them living in Canada), she found her niche. She specializes in international weddings and can make yours tailored based on your cultural background and preferences.
We have only met face to face twice before the wedding and yet we had the wedding of our dreams served on a platter to us. Lucie focusing on the big picture while her assistant Jana dealing with day-to-day tasks make a perfect team. Plus they surrounded themselves with trusted reliable suppliers.
To be objective, I had my doubts as their services (and the services of the recommended vendors) were not the cheapest, but when I saw the final result, it was an investment worth making....

It has been almost a month since our wedding and we are still taking it all in and remembering moments from our unforgettable day. Unforgettable thanks to Lucie and Jana, who prepared a truly beautiful day for us.
I believe it was not entirely easy with us at the beginning. My husband and I only knew the venue where we wanted the wedding, but we did not really have a clear idea of the style, decorations and so on. I have to say the girls read us perfectly and gave us a day with a capital D. All the suppliers, from decorations and sound to the cake, were top notch! And the day itself? Perfectly organised! No stress and completely relaxed. Just as we had always wished, and the girls made it happen :).
We are sad our cooperation is over, but we hope that maybe in ten years we will throw a proper anniversary party!

When my (now) husband proposed, I was in the middle of a demanding project at work and decided that we would not manage to run our "private wedding" project alongside it. I spent hours and hours online and, like a proper project manager, looked for "the best". Not only was I impressed by how Lucie presents herself on her website (professional website, professional approach, professional articles), but it was also clear at first sight that Lucie knows what she is doing, does it well and, above all, loves doing it. When Lucie called me a few weeks later to say she would have time for us in September, I was genuinely happy, and that happiness grew during the preparations and peaked on the wedding day. My husband and I had a rough idea of what was "definitely yes" and "definitely no". With her experience, Lucie turned this rough idea into a very concrete shape that matched exactly what we had in our heads and sometimes could not even describe. An excellent choice of suppliers, respect for certain details (that we insisted on :-), patient discussions and advice... simply everything a couple could wish for. For me, a big added value was that Lucie very quickly won my absolute trust, and from then on it was very pleasant to only choose between pre-selected options, or not to decide at all and leave many things to her. The most beautiful summary was given by my dad, who whispered to me as we walked down the aisle: "That Lucie and Jana – be glad you have them here, I got quite emotional watching them, and without them there might not even be anyone to walk you to the altar." When we started planning our wedding, I had a clear idea of what our big day should look like. It had to be absolutely perfect and I did not want to worry about anything on the day. I wanted to enjoy my wedding, and I wanted everyone else to enjoy it too.
The wedding was going to be big (about 150 guests) and some guests were travelling from abroad. So from the start it was clear we would put the whole planning in the hands of a wedding planner. I contacted a few agencies and planners, but none of them fully convinced me. When I came across Lucie, I was thrilled! From the very beginning I felt she was really there for me. After our first meeting in person, my husband and I knew. The whole cooperation went exactly as I had imagined. Lucie became my wedding "confidante". To my husband's great delight, I discussed all my ideas with her and he only had to deal with the truly essential things. Lucie tried to make everything I came up with happen and always explained the pros and cons of different ideas. She suggested amazing suppliers, thanks to whom everything on the wedding day went as it should. Her experience and contacts were truly priceless and I am very grateful for them.
On the day itself I was prepared for something to go wrong, everyone had warned me. But thanks to Lucie and her colleague, the opposite was true. Everything went exactly as it should. It was a real fairytale day and I enjoyed every single minute. I really did not have to worry about anything, watch the time, check whether we were running late or whether something should be done differently. Everything worked down to the last detail.
Our guests were also thrilled with the whole wedding and its coordination, even those who are not fans of big, decorated events. I have often heard since that it was the most beautiful wedding they have ever been to.

When my now husband came up with the idea of marrying me on my fortieth birthday, I thought it was a great, original idea. But this year my birthday fell on a Saturday (16 September) and we only had a few months to organise everything. We found out it was impossible to get a beautiful venue and an officiant in or around Prague. Either there was no venue or no officiant. Disappointed, I gave up and was coming to terms with the fact that it would not work out. But Marek did not give up, and that was actually the original reason he contacted Lucie – we hoped she could help. Even though our wedding was originally planned for six people, she reacted immediately and our cooperation began...
Not only did they find us an amazing venue at Savoia Castle in Škvorec, but also a wonderful officiant, Mr Samojský from the Prague Unitarian community.
Our wedding day was the most beautiful day, also because we could enjoy it as if we were going to a party. Everything was arranged, everything worked, there was not a single flaw or misunderstanding. Working with Lucie and Jana was simply perfect. Even though we changed the number of guests at practically every meeting, which always meant booking another room and rearranging the wedding table. Instead of Lucie and Jana getting annoyed, we had the feeling they were having a royally good time :-).
We are both very busy, so we gave them a completely free hand in everything: the flowers, the sweet bar and cake, the stationery, the photographer, and we let them recommend the music... I saw my bouquet for the first time on the wedding day :-). Lucie and Jana read our taste perfectly, and because we did not interrupt their preparations and ideas with our own demands, it turned out absolutely perfect – everything matched, the desserts and cake were something I would never have come up with myself, the guests were amazed and, besides looking good, everything also tasted delicious.
We enjoyed our wedding, we will never forget that day and it will stay in our memories.

We’re an international couple residing in the US who decided to have a destination wedding in Prague. Since I come from the Philippines, my husband from the US, we have guests coming from all over the world, including China, Japan, and Europe. We wanted a planner who could work with us remotely and had experience with international weddings.
Like many brides, I hesitated hiring a wedding planner because of the expense. But my husband and I were living in the US and could not handle the logistics in an overseas country. After contacting five different planners in the Czech Republic, Lucie Hola was the best choice because of her hard work ethic, organization, kindness, and dedication. Best of all, she was professional, responded on time and could give us the personalized wedding we wanted while working within our budget. You cannot believe how many wedding planners do not respond to emails at all, especially when you’re overseas.
My husband and I worked together with Lucie via email and Skype. Because of her, we saved a LOT of money and still got the wedding of our dreams. We wanted a simple, elegant, intimate yet fun wedding that showcased our “around the world” theme. With Lucie’s help, we had our fairytale ceremony in Lobkowicz Palace at Prague Castle and a wonderful reception with lots of surprises and games at Villa Richter. Best of all, we stayed within budget. You can’t get anything better than that.
With her years of experience, Lucie knew the ins and outs of wedding planning and was able to anticipate things my husband and I had not thought of. She also knew a lot of great suppliers that worked for our type of wedding theme and budget. Planning a wedding on your own is difficult because there are many things that can happen that’s out of your control. In our case, we had a violinist who canceled a few months before the wedding and the day before our big event, we realized our elderly guests would have difficulty getting down from the hilly Villa Richter. Lucie delivered on both occasions and did damage control by finding us a string quartet (better deal) and drove her own car to take our older guests home. We were also able to relax and enjoy our wedding rather than running around taking care of logistics and paying suppliers. Lucie took care of everything!
One theme you will notice among all of Lucie’s reviews is that she and her colleague, Jana, moderated the wedding discreetly and efficiently. They operate in the background but at the same time ensure everything runs smoothly.
And yes, like many reviews here, our guests all said it was the best wedding they’ve attended.
Lucie helped us with the full destination wedding and vacation package. She and Jana assisted us in planning our pre-wedding dinner in a monastery in Prague and booked our tour bus to Cesky Krumlov and Vienna for a group of 20 people. They’re a wedding planning team extraordinaire!
I can fully attest to Lucie’s capabilities to go beyond just the wedding. She really cares for her clients. When I forgot my wedding ring in the hotel when we were en route to Cesky Krumlov, Lucie called the hotel and made sure they kept it safe until my husband and I returned a month later. At the beginning, we haven't even thought of having a wedding planner, we wanted to have a simple wedding, with families and friends, and thought that it would not be a complicated task :)
But planning a wedding in Czech republic, when in Switzerland was more tricky than we thought, and as from my side, I don't speak a word of Czech, well the job was basically on the shoulders of my future husband. Luckily we realized soon enough that it will be too demanding for us, and this is when Lucie "came on stage". She had already a lot of experience in planning Czech foreign wedding, and was totally up to work via Skype or e-mail (we met only three times before the wedding but everything worked very well). Not only Lucie helps us in finding the place of the ceremony (which was magical), suppliers who did a very good job, but she was also very helpful with all the paperwork we had to go through! As the big day approached, we had already seen all the hard work she puts in to designing this unique event, but it was really during the wedding day, that we saw the importance of her work and her presence : we were able to enjoy 100 % of the day, with our families and friends, without having to worry about anything, we were even surprised by things that we knew would come! In the end, it was perfect, beyond expectation, and everybody was happy to be here.
Of course we recommend Lucie to anyone who is planning a wedding. She is a very dedicated, generous and attentive person, and she was very flexible with the moments we could contact her (which was essential with our busy schedule at work...).

Lucie planned an absolutely beautiful wedding at Chateaux Mcley for my close friends Jess and Joe. From a guest's perspective, it was phenomenal, and the little details made it special: itineraries and personalised sweet treats waiting in our bedrooms, a coffee bar, and even a towering tiramisu! The ceremony was wonderful and the whole venue was beautifully decorated.
Lucie went above and beyond for every guest. When my friend's dress was burned by an iron at 1am, she offered to fix it, and after the wedding she tracked down my lost bag and sent it back to me. As a guest, I couldn't recommend her enough!
