Jana was one of my first brides fifteen years ago. I was especially happy when she came back to me years later, this time with Karel. They wanted an intimate, elegant Prague wedding combining history, greenery and the atmosphere of the city. We had only three months to produce it and coordinated around twelve suppliers and companies.
The design worked with cream, green and soft pink, with custom furniture, varied table widths, design chairs and modern details. Lace, trees and leaves appeared in the stationery and décor as a subtle reference to their love of history and nature. With only 28 guests, we could make the experience very personal. Each guest received a handwritten note in a personalised envelope. A string quartet, evening band and live guest illustrator added to the atmosphere.
The wedding was small, but it was not treated as a smaller version of a big wedding. Every decision was made for this particular couple and their guests.
