Getting clear on your vision — We talk through your priorities, style, guest list, location and budget, then set a clear direction.
Venue & concept — We find a place that works aesthetically, practically and financially. From there, I build the wedding concept around you and the venue.
Suppliers — I recommend trusted suppliers who fit your style and budget. You choose the people you feel right about; I make sure the team works as a team.
Planning & coordination — I keep track of budgets, timelines, contracts, payments, meetings and all the details that need to connect.
Final preparations — I take over the last stretch: supplier communication, changes, logistics and the details that are easy to miss when you are already tired of planning.
Wedding day — You are with your people. I am behind the scenes, coordinating suppliers, timing, guests and anything unexpected.

You enjoy the atmosphere, your guests and each other. My team and I take care of the rest.

I’m Lucie.

I’m Lucie. I have been planning and coordinating weddings since 2009, first in a leading Prague wedding agency and later as a wedding manager at the InterContinental Prague. Today I run my own planning studio and work with a trusted team of coordinators and suppliers.

I combine a creative eye with a very practical way of working. I notice details, understand how venues and suppliers operate, and stay calm when something inevitably changes.

I speak Czech, English and French, and I regularly plan destination weddings for couples who live abroad or have guests coming from several countries.
