A white, elegant wedding with a motorsport twist.
Viktorie & Jan
Venue: Zámek Bon Repos
Viktorie came to me five months before the wedding. The date was popular, the season was already filling up, and the brief seemed straightforward: a clean, elegant white wedding.
Once we talked more, another layer emerged. They both love motorsport — cars, motorcycles and Formula racing. Jan also has a strong interest in history, art and visual detail, while Viktorie’s taste is much cleaner and more restrained.
I did not want to simply put a racing theme on top of an elegant wedding. The challenge was to make their personalities part of the design without turning the wedding into a theme party.
THE SOLUTION
We divided the day into two visual and emotional chapters. The daytime remained formal, clean and elegant. In the evening, the party tent shifted into a stronger, more energetic world.
The visual language included a racing flag motif, a subtle wave line, black-and-white flooring, red accents, leather details and more dramatic lighting.
MY ROLE
-
Custom bar and beer tap for the groom
-
Custom cocktail bar branding
-
Logo projected onto the dance floor
-
Timeline printed on fabric
-
Silk scarves as guest gifts
-
Ceremony flowers reused in the evening
-
Guest message phone
-
Champagne tower and a full dance floor
THE DETAILS
The important part was keeping the balance: elegant without being generic, personal without becoming obvious. I held the concept, connected the suppliers and kept the details working as one whole.

I reached out to Lucie with only six months left to plan our wedding. I honestly thought we would have to postpone it until the following year, but thanks to Lucie, everything came together in time. 🤍
Our wedding was absolutely amazing, and everything was exactly as we had imagined. I couldn’t have chosen a better wedding coordinator!
